A simple demo for building a `JSONRPC over HTTP` server using [Actix Web](https://github.com/actix/actix-web).

# Methods
|

- `ping`: Pong immeditely
|
|
- `wait`: Wait `n` seconds, and then pong
|
|
- `get`: Get global count
|
|
- `inc`: Increment global count
|
|
